Dr. Courtney Morowski

Dr. Courtney Morawski joined Fayetteville Public Schools in 2023 as the Assistant Superintendent of Teaching & Learning.

Dr. Morawski was previously the Executive Director of Middle Level Education for Bentonville Schools. She has also served as a principal, assistant principal, Director of Professional Development, high school teacher, and elementary teacher for the Fort Smith, Mansfield (TX), and Judson (TX) School Districts.

Dr. Morawski earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington, her master’s degree from the University of Texas at Tyler, and her doctorate from the Dallas Baptist University.
